The £250m redevelopment of Tottenham Hale comprises of 6 plots providing 1,000+ residential units including a 34 storey Build to Rent (BtR) tower with high quality public realm including new retail and leisure offerings at grade. The project included extensive enabling works packages, including utility diversions and infrastructure works.

Responsibilities included forming the client brief, procurement of the consultant team, setting budgets and cashflow and managing the overall master programme and management of the early design stages ahead of planning submission.
